Due to the second-hand nature of our merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If returned to us, the items will not be refunded, credited, or returned to the customer; no adjustments will be made to prior markdowns.
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Orders placed Thursday-Sunday will ship out Monday.
Domestic shipping is offered at a flat rate of $18.99

We also offer curbside pickup for our local shoppers. Post-processing, these items must be picked up within 7 days.
We do not accept any returns, nor do we accept any return shipping costs for any reason.
Please note that Consignment Brooklyn is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit once they have been provided to our shipping carrier.
We require that ALL ORDERS over $1,000 and all international orders provide two forms of government-issued identification.

Please allow 48 hours before picking up your order. You'll have 7 days to pick up your order in store. If you do not pick up in that window, you will be contacted and charged to ship your items. If we do not receive a response from you, they will become the property of THINGS & stuff and will be eligible for resale.
